unmeasured confounding. The package consists of three
functions. The first starts a 'shiny' app which assesses how
strong a time-invariant confounder needs to be associated with
the exposure and outcome to explain away a proposed causal
association. The second and third functions simulate a
time-dependent confounder over time either using a fit from the
qmle() function from the 'yuima' package or directly using the
observed effect estimate.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/andreaskristianpedersen/actions/runs/35082845413</link><pubDate>Mon, 03 Aug 2026 18:00:30 GMT</pubDate><r:package>LongitudinalEvalue</r:package><r:version>0.1.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://andreaskristianpedersen.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/cran/LongitudinalEvalue</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>SDEconfounder.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>SDEconfounder.html</r:filename><r:title>On the usage of the LongitudinalEvalue package</r:title><r:created>2026-08-03 18:00:30</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-03 18:00:30</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
